About microbiota.no

Microbiota.no is a website founded in the context of the Oslo Microbiota Forum initiated in 2013. Regular meetings and an annual national microbiota conference have been organized since 2014, strengthening an informal research network. More recently, a regional research network has been established in Helse Sør-Øst (ReMicS) and a strategic research area at Oslo University Hospital, constituting important initiatives in the field in Norway.

The microbiota.no website aims to be a national hub for microbiota research, the national conference as well as regional and other networks in microbiota research, supporting high quality science and the important work of translating new discoveries into clinical practice.
